Orders
Delivery
Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link.
Currently, we only deliver within the UK Mainland.
Our couriers will usually try again or leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions or arrange a collection (collection charges may apply).
Refunds are processed within 7–14 days once we receive and check your returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or solution.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details of the missing parts. We’ll send replacements as quickly as possible.
