How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen items to the basket, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to complete your order. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, you’ll need to follow our returns process.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your details, and checkout faster next time.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently, we only deliver within the UK Mainland.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Our couriers will usually try again or leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How do I return an item?

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–14 days once we receive and check your returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Missing Items

My order is missing parts – what should I do?
